Trampolines are commonly used for exercise, gymnastics training, and fun activities for children and adults alike. In competitive sports, trampolines are used for performing acrobatic movements and routines, and they are also utilized in training for athletes in disciplines such as diving, freestyle skiing, and cheerleading.
