Roof Tile Specialists is looking for a dependable Warranty Roofer to join our Pompano Beach team. In this role, you'll perform warranty repairs, diagnose roofing issues, complete punch-list work, and ensure every repair meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Complete roofing warranty repairs on residential roofing systems
  • Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of roofing issues
  • Repair or replace roofing materials as needed
  • Perform punch-list and service work on completed projects
  • Safely set up ladders, fall protection, and other required safety equipment
  • Load, unload, transport, and maintain roofing tools and materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors
  • Document completed work with photos and service notes
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Roofing experience preferred (tile, shingle, or flat roofing)
  • Leak detection and repair experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
