We seek Senior Project Manager | Dam Operator Safety Training: Fundamentals, Inspection, Monitoring & Field Practicum [DOI0009008] candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as DOI. Provide services and support as a Senior Project Manager [Department of the Interior (DOI) Dam Operator Training] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of the Interior (DOI) | Bureau of Reclamation, Dam Safety Office, Denver Federal Center Generally Located In CONUS - Denver, Colorado and across the Western United States Region (Of Country/World).

Dam Operator Safety Training: Fundamentals, Inspection, Monitoring & Field Practicum crafting tailored, high-quality course content that educates, engages, and empowers learners with precision and purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Project Manager | Dam Operator Safety Training: Fundamentals, Inspection, Monitoring & Field Practicum [DOI0009008]

Oversees all contract CLINs, ensuring integration of course development, delivery, and logistics. Manages budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholder engagement across DOI bureaus. Coordinates with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TPOC; oversees risk management, reporting, and contract compliance.  Directs DOI Dam-operator training delivery-mission-aligned, risk-informed, on-schedule, and audit-ready. Own CLIN 00010/20/30/40 integration; schedule and cost control; monthly PMRs; risk, issue, and change management; stakeholder coordination with CO/COR/ACOR/TPOC; quality assurance of courseware; ensure dry-run readiness; oversight of JHA packaging and field logistics; ensure deliverables (rosters, binders, memos) meet timelines.

Qualifications

10+ years PM in federal training/engineering; 5+ years Dam safety or water infrastructure; demonstrated PMBOK-based controls; experience with FAR 31.205-46 travel compliance and IPP invoicing; prior management of multi-site training programs.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related; PMP strongly preferred; OSHA 30 or equivalent; familiarity with BOR directives (FAC 0104/0107/0108/0201) and EMG 0201.

10+ years PM in federal training/engineering; 5+ years Dam safety or water infrastructure; demonstrated PMBOK-based controls; experience with FAR 31.205-46 travel compliance and IPP invoicing; prior management of multi-site training programs.

  • Can serve as Contract Manager designee for escalations and formal correspondence.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance.  All personnel must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance in DISS at the time of proposal submission and maintain it throughout the contract. Compliance with FAR 52.204-2 and DoD security requirements (DD Form 254, DD Form 441, and DoD 5220.22-M) is mandatory. Employees denied a Top Secret clearance after receiving an Interim TS will be restricted from contract duties, but this does not relieve ProSidian from performance obligations.
