About the Role micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to bring on former management consultants for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. You'll apply your consulting toolkit, structured problem solving, business analysis, and sharp written communication, to evaluate how AI models reason through complex business problems and help raise their performance to expert level.


Scope of Work

  1. Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems
  2. Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback
  3. Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps
  4. Work with the project team as guidelines evolve


Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least one year of experience working at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or similar), with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
  2. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university
  3. Based in an English-speaking country
  4. Excellent written English
