Position Summary:

As a Principal Product Manager at PointClickCare, you contribute to PointClickCare’s vision and strategy for operationalizing AI Models, define roadmaps for AI Models in the broader AI platform, and drive execution to ensure overall success with AI Models across the entire product portfolio. To succeed in this role, you draw upon your extensive knowledge and experience of AI in health care applying your experience with AI development, use in products, and adapting based on customer feedback. You are a strong advocate for Responsible AI and are knowledgeable about applicable healthcare regulations. You have a track record of building sophisticated and transformative solutions - from discovery to implementation to delivery. You bring a collaborative approach to this cross functional leadership role to ensure successful outcomes for our customers, while optimizing time to value and ROI. You are energized by evangelizing your strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and externally with customers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and represent the needs of current and future users and residents and patients for AI models, delivered in a broader AI platform.
  • Understand company objectives and create and drive your product strategy and multi-year roadmap to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share.
  • Contribute to strategy and multi-year AI Platform roadmap to enable products and users to enable providers to deliver exceptional care,
  • Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking.
  • Work with Product teams and other functions to ensure successful adoption and support use in product launches and releases.
  • Inspire, energize and motivate cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years working in product management,
  • Master's or higher degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare‑related field of study.
  • Solid track record of managing large product lines, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products with great user experience.
  • Skilled multi‑tasker with ability to work through ambiguity and derives energy from a complex, dynamic, and fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability influencing stakeholders, executing product priorities, and driving business results.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify the most important things amongst many important things.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and listening communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working in a health tech SaaS business preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.

AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The US base salary rangefor this position is $170,200 - $189,200+ bonus + benefits, non‑overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
