Fast Home Services is on the lookout for a driven Water Heater Technician to join our expanding team serving Northern LA and the San Fernando Valley. Step into a role offering $80K+ annual earnings with no cap on your potential (that's right-unlimited growth!). PLEASE Note: Weekly Monday Tech Meetings are held at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse, and attendance is required.
In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate brings solid plumbing expertise, a strong focus on safety, and a genuine dedication to outstanding customer service.
Training Wage: Start with us a trainee making $25/hr + Earn Bonuses AFTER the Training period. ** Our Technicians need to pass a drug screen & have a good Driving record. **
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing or water heater installation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required as you will be communicating with both customers and internal team members
  • Able to work independently
  • Familiarity with email, using an iPad
  • Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members [team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch] as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business
  • Valid and active CA State Driver's License [** Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current CA State Driver's License. You must also be 25 yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience.]
