Job Title: Fireblocks Implementation Specialist Developer

Location: Dallas or San Francisco

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fireblocks Implementation Specialist Developer to lead the integration and development of secure digital asset infrastructure using Fireblocks. This role requires strong backend engineering expertise, API integration experience, and deep knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptographic security.

You will play a critical role in building secure, scalable systems for digital asset custody, transfers, and transaction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations with Fireblocks APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
  • Develop backend services for wallet management, transaction orchestration, and automation workflows
  • Implement secure key management solutions leveraging MPC (Multi-Party Computation)
  • Configure transaction policies, role-based access controls, and approval workflows
  • Build monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools for digital asset operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain transactions and API integrations
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to deploy scalable solutions
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. compliance and security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI where applicable)
  • Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software development experience (Java, Python, Node.js, or Go)
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Fireblocks or similar custody platforms (e.g., Coinbase Custody, BitGo)
  • Solid understanding of blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cryptography and key management (MPC, wallets, digital signatures)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/Google Cloud Platform acceptable)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong debugging and system design skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, crypto exchanges, or Web3 companies
  • Knowledge of smart contracts (Solidity)
  • Experience with HSMs (Hardware Security Modules)
  • Understanding of U.S. regulatory environment (FinCEN, SEC considerations for digital assets)
  • Prior experience working in client-facing or implementation roles
