Job description

Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable CDL A drivers for a dedicated regional account. This opportunity welcomes experienced Class A drivers and recent graduates from accredited truck driving schools for predictable lanes, weekly home time, and a structured mentor program.

Compensation & benefits

  • Pay range: $1,000–$1,500 per week (dependent on experience and miles)
  • Mileage pay: $0.48–$0.58 per mile (based on experience)
  • Training pay: $650–$800 per week for drivers with under 6 months OTR/regional experience (4–6 week mentor program)
  • Stop pay: $10 for first stop; $15 for each additional stop
  • Short‑haul pay: $20 for loads under 250 miles
  • Monthly safety/fuel bonus: $0.06 per mile when mileage, safety, and fuel‑efficiency criteria are met
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job details

  • Equipment: 53' reefer and 53' dry van trailers
  • Freight: 100% no‑touch; mix of drop‑and‑hook and live store loads/unloads
  • Dedicated lanes: UT, ID, MT, OR, CO, WY
  • Trainee program: 4–6 weeks OTR with a mentor before solo runs
  • Weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset; day or night shifts as required
  • Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum age: 21
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 training hours (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
  • No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
  • No DUI within the last 5 years; recent criminal convictions will be reviewed for safety considerations
  • Work history: 10‑year employment history with no major gaps; where applicable, minimum 6 months employment in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
