They work under the guidance of senior developers to learn best practices, write clean code, and gain experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Their responsibilities typically include assisting in the development of new features, fixing bugs, and learning how to use development tools and workflows. The goal is to build foundational skills in frontend development while contributing to real-world projects.

What types of projects and tasks can a Trainee React Frontend Developer expect to work on during their first six months?

Regular code reviews and pair programming sessions are common, providing valuable feedback and learning opportunities. This phase is crucial for building a strong foundation in React and understanding best practices in frontend development.
