Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with strong UI testing expertise to ensure quality and compliance during the modernization of a critical government information system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional and regression testing of Java-based web applications, focusing on user interface validation, accessibility compliance, and cross-browser compatibility testing. The role involves developing comprehensive test plans and test cases for system upgrades including Apache Tomcat application servers, Oracle 19c database integrations, and SAP Business Intelligence reporting interfaces. Strong experience with UI automation frameworks, manual testing methodologies, and defect tracking systems is essential.
