Job description
- Assist with developing and testing platform-independent middleware solutions controlling and managing audio products and networking technologies
- Implement business logic for operating-system-independent application software controlling and managing audio products and digital signal processing software
- Prototype application software using TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS, and C++
- Design, create, and test high-quality code
- Estimate, organize, and document tasks under the supervision of mentors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work under the supervision of the Engineering Manager and Mentor
- In-process of a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of two years of engineering coursework
- Understanding of software design principles including separation of concerns, high cohesion, and low coupling
- Ability to decompose large, complex software systems into manageable subsystems with clearly defined interfaces
- Familiar with writing unit tests to ensure high quality code
- Able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Able to follow standard instructions, practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data
- Development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
- Development experience with C++ is a plus
- Development experience with Angular is a plus
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Demonstrates expertise in developing platform-independent middleware solutions and application software for audio products, utilizing TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS, and C++. Proficient in software design principles and unit testing to ensure high-quality code.
