Job description

Job Description
Med Spa:
V/O Med Spa Farmington
Location:
134 N Station Parkway, Farmington, UT 84025
Schedule:
Tue-Sat, varied hours (approx. 32-40 hrs/week)
Employment:
Full-Time preferred; open to Part-Time for the right provider
Compensation:
$65-$75/hr base commensurate with experience, plus commission and performance incentives - structure reviewed in recruiter interview
Credential:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) only - Utah regulation requires NP for this role
You are a great fit here if you are an experienced NP injector in the greater Salt Lake area with an existing patient book and a genuine interest in a full-spectrum wellness and aesthetics practice. You want to grow your book, expand your scope, and work with a team that invests in its providers. If that is you, keep reading.
Why This Role Stands Out
  • $65-$75/hr base + commission - above market for the Utah aesthetics corridor, with real upside for high producers.
  • Enterprise-level benefits. Medical, dental, and 401(k) through the franchise ownership group's enterprise benefits pool. This is not a typical med spa benefits package.
  • Book transfer incentive: A structured onboarding incentive supports the migration of your existing patient book. Details reviewed in the recruiter interview.
  • Full-spectrum model: injectables, HRT, weight loss, peptides, IV infusions, BBL/MOXI, and full aesthetics under one roof. Not an inject-only med spa.
  • Consistent Tue-Sat schedule. No hospital, no on-call, no nights.
  • Grow your scope. Existing PA on-site has strong wellness background. The NP/PA team works together across the full service menu.
The Role
You'll be the NP Injector and supervising provider at an established med spa with an existing PA and a patient base already in motion. Your role is dual: deliver excellent injectable and wellness care, and bring your own patient book to accelerate the med spa's growth. The existing PA handles strong wellness volume - your job is to own the injection side, support the full-spectrum model, and grow the med spa's NP book from day one.
What You'll Do
  • Independently perform neurotoxins and dermal fillers with advanced technique and natural-results discipline.
  • Serve as the supervising NP for RN delegation per Utah state regulation - clinical oversight is part of this role.
  • Contribute to the wellness model: HRT conversations, weight management, peptide therapy, and IV infusions within scope and med spa protocols.
  • Build and migrate your patient book using the med spa's structured book-transfer incentive program.
  • Lead education-first consultations: full-face assessment, treatment planning, expectation-setting, and next-step securing.
  • Collaborate with the existing PA and aesthetics team to deliver a seamless, whole-patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate charting and uphold the VIO standard of care.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active Utah NP license in good standing.
  • 2+ years hands-on, independent aesthetic injection experience - tox and dermal fillers performed in a professional clinical setting.
  • Candidates with an existing patient book in the Salt Lake / Davis County market are ideally positioned for this role.
  • Comfort with clinical supervision responsibilities - as NP you will serve as supervising provider for RN delegation per Utah law.
  • Strong consult skills - you lead treatment planning, set expectations, and secure the next step.
Preferred Experience
  • HRT / hormone optimization or wellness program experience.
  • Experience with BBL, MOXI, or device-based treatments.
  • Established referral network in Farmington, Bountiful, Centerville, or greater Davis County.
  • Biostimulator experience (Sculptra, Radiesse) or strong interest in expanding scope.
  • Peptide therapy or IV infusion experience.
Benefits
Compensation + Benefits
  • $65-$75/hr base commensurate with experience, plus commission and performance incentives - structure reviewed with qualified candidates in the recruiter interview.
  • Book transfer incentive: A structured onboarding incentive supports the migration of your existing patient book. Details reviewed in the recruiter interview.
  • Enterprise benefits through the franchise ownership group's enterprise pool: medical insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k).
  • Consistent Tue-Sat schedule. No on-call, no hospital shifts, no nights.
  • Full-Time preferred; open to Part-Time for the right provider.
  • Full-spectrum med spa with room to grow scope and build a loyal patient book in a high-demand Davis County market.
