Job Purpose 

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation, ensuring high-impact outcomes and customer satisfaction. 

Desired Skills and experience 

  • 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience 
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable frontend applications. 
  • Strong backend development experience using Python and Node JS 
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, inference, and real-world deployment considerations. 
  • Experience working with AI-powered systems, such as LLMs, ML APIs, or data-driven applications. 
  • Proven experience in system integration, including REST APIs, webhooks, and external services. 
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing scenarios. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) 
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit, integration, e2e) and basic security practices (auth, encryption, compliance)
