This is an opportunity for a software engineer with a passion for quality, automation, and continuous improvement. You will partner with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to build automated testing solutions, improve CI/CD pipelines, and drive software quality across our healthcare technology platform.

What you will do

  • Build reusable automation frameworks, testing utilities, and engineering tools that improve software quality and development efficiency.
  • Create and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing strategies.
  • Develop production-quality software and automation components using modern programming languages.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and delivery speed.
  • Investigate defects through application analysis, API testing, database validation, log analysis, and system troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to identify root causes, validate fixes, and prevent regressions.
  • Monitor quality metrics, test coverage, and automation effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code reviews while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.

  • Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, backend services, data platforms, and event-driven systems.
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience using logging, debugging, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience working with Git, Agile development practices, and collaborative software delivery teams.
  • Experience with SQL and database testing, including relational and NoSQL technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools and evaluating AI-generated solutions with sound engineering judgment.
  • Healthcare technology or SaaS experience is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of five years of professional experience; or
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of three year of professional experience.
