Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Python Developer to join their growing team. The role involves designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Python-based applications throughout the software development life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Design and architect scalable solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Review code and perform code quality assessments to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Python development.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a development team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
