EC Luxury Floors & Tile LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Setter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end flooring and tile installations, and we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to every client.

Position Overview
As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing a variety of tile materials with precision and care. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Your work will directly contribute to the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tiles with expert precision
  • Prepare surfaces and ensure proper alignment and spacing
  • Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet design specifications and timelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tile installation (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans

Responsibilities
