Responsibilities

Conduct Market data Research to understand customer needs and identify business growth opportunities in the Boise, Meridian, Caldwell and Nampa areas.

Assist with Local Marketing Campaigns, including digital advertising, community events, and referral programs.

Shadow Successful Agency Owners to gain real-world insight into daily operations, sales strategies, and client retention best practices.

Generate Leads through prospecting activities such as networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and relationship-building.

Deliver Consultative Sales Presentations to educate clients on personal, commercial, life, and financial insurance products.


Track Sales Metrics and Goals using CRM systems and reporting tools to measure progress and identify improvement areas.


Participate in Weekly Coaching Sessions with district leadership to review performance and receive ongoing mentorship.


Provide Outstanding Customer Service to develop long-term client relationships built on trust and reliability.


Stay Informed on Industry Trends and regulatory changes to maintain product knowledge and compliance standards.
