SALARY:$80,000 - $86,500 + bonus eligible + sign-on bonus

  • Procurement (Procurement Trainee Program, PTP)

Candidates will be considered for one specific trainee program based on their application and qualifications. During the application process, you will be asked toindicateyour program of interest. If you successfully pass the initial assessments, you will be advanced only for the program you selected on your application (Procurement Trainee Program, Supply Future Leaders Trainee Program, Supply Chain Trainee Program).

Our University Functional Trainee Programs are designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into future leadership roles across Procurement, Brewery & Manufacturing Operations, and Logistics.

Through immersive training, rotational experiences, mentorship from senior leaders, and meaningful business impact, participants gain exposure to critical areas of our business while building the leadership and technical capabilities needed for long-term success.

The University Functional Trainee Programs include placement in one of three distinct functional areas:

Procurement (Procurement Trainee Program, PTP)

This 18-month rotational program develops future procurement leaders through hands-on experience across Packaging, Raw Materials, Sales & Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Logistics. Participants use analytics, supplier collaboration, and strategic sourcing practices to deliver enterprise-wide value.

  • Analyzesupplier, product, and market data to support sourcing strategies.

  • Identifyopportunities for cost savings, cash flow improvements, and supply security.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing solutions.

  • Support sustainability initiatives through innovative sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships.

  • Participate in supplier negotiations, contract management, and business case development.

  • Utilize analytics and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Present recommendations and project results to business leaders.

Preferred Areas of Study:

  • Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics / Data Science

Mobility:

  • This role is located onsite in St. Louis, Missouri at the Anheuser-Busch Headquarters.

Brewery & Manufacturing Operations (Supply Future Leaders Trainee Program, SFLTP)

Designed for aspiring leaders in Brewery and Manufacturing Operations, this 12-month development program provides hands-on experience leading frontline teams in fast-paced production environments.Participantswill be placed in one of our breweries or metal container facilities and willgain exposure to brewery operations, manufacturing processes, safety, quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and plant leadership while preparing for future management roles across our production network.

  • Lead and develop frontline operational teams in a manufacturing environment.

  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Monitor operational performance and drive productivity improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve businessobjectives.

  • Support quality systems, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Preferred Areas ofStudy:

  • Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical preferred), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management

Mobility:

Logistics (Supply Chain Trainee Program, SCTP)

This 12-month program provides a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations through experiences inone of ourSales & Distribution CentersorBrewerywarehouses,leading a team of hourly employees,or within our LogisticsCentral Services teams, executing truck routing or inventory management in supportwith our operational facilities.

  • Rotate through the functions in our field warehouses or in our Central Services team to gaina holistic understanding of the site.

  • Gain front-line experience, leading teams and/or executing operational processes, and learning the business,hands-on.

  • Learn about Logistics support functions and other functions within ouroperational facilities.

  • Prepare for first placement as a front-line manager in our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within our Central Services teams.

  • Development opportunities to help boostLogisticsskillset and build long-term career potential through leadership & functional trainings.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current universitystudentor recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
