  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
  • Provide both group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Create, maintain, and meticulously monitor detailed client intake records and progress notes to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Facilitate community outreach programs aimed at educating and engaging client families to foster a supportive network for recovery.
  • Oversee strategic therapeutic activities, ensuring they are aligned with established treatment goals and provide necessary supervision during group sessions.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to techniques and approaches based on client feedback and observed progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. This role requires a compassionate approach to support individuals dealing with various issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions such as substance abuse and eating disorders. Our organization values cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, striving to provide tailored therapies that resonate with each client’s specific background and needs.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Oregon LPC license in good standing.
  • Five or more years of post-graduate experience in a professional counseling setting, with documented supervised experience.
  • Robust knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy practices and the use of digital platforms for client engagement.
  • Additional certifications in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse counseling.
  • Demonstrated experience with crisis intervention and management.
  • Familiarity with community resources and the ability to connect clients with necessary support services.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
