Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, andmaintainreports that combine electronic health record (EHR) and third-party payer data to support Revenue Cycle operations.
Analyzeaccountsreceivable data,identifytrends, andprovideactionable insights to improve financial performance.
Lead reporting-based improvement initiatives and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert and super user for Revenue Cycle reporting tools and applications.
Troubleshoot complex reporting and data issues while developing effective solutions and recommendations.
Create andmaintainqueries, dashboards, audit reports, and other analytical tools to support business objectives.
Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs), quality control measures, and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into workflows, processes, and systems.
Support accounts receivable strategy byidentifyingfocus areas and opportunities for performance improvement.
Organize, simplify, and present complex data in a clear, meaningful format for operational decision-making.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two years of Revenue Cycle operations experience in finance, decision support, or a related financial analysis role preferred.

OR

Four years of Revenue Cycle operations experience in a similar organization within finance, decision support, or a related financial analysis role.
Experience with report generation, data collection systems, and data analysis.
ExperienceutilizingSQL, Excel, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar business analytics tools.
Certification through AAHAM, AHIMA, and/or HFMA preferred.
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screening.
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurancerequired.

Physical Requirements

Perform sedentary work involving exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently.
Sit for extended periods throughout the workday with occasional standing and walking.
Use hands, fingers, and arms repetitively for typing, data entry, and report preparation.
