Gaining practical experience through personal projects, internships, or contributing to open-source AI initiatives can also improve your chances.

Is artificial intelligence taking entry-level computer science jobs?

Artificial intelligence is transforming many entry-level computer science roles by automating tasks such as data analysis, coding, and testing. However, entry-level positions still require foundational skills in programming, algorithms, and problem-solving, and AI often creates new opportunities rather than replacing all jobs at this level.

Can I get an artificial intelligence job with a computer science degree?

A computer science degree provides a strong foundation for an artificial intelligence (AI) job, as it covers programming, algorithms, and data structures essential for AI roles. Additional skills in machine learning, deep learning, and experience with tools like Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch can improve job prospects in AI positions such as AI engineer or data scientist.
