Directs voice-over recording sessions, works with talent and audio teams to capture and finalize voice tracks and supervises final mix-down and export of completed audio files.
Performs quality control on final media deliverables, ensuring files meet broadcast specifications and are properly prepared for air, archive, and distribution to digital partners.
Collaborates with operations, engineering, media planning, and other internal teams to coordinate schedules, resolve technical issues, and maintain alignment across departments involved in the delivery process.
Reviews scripts and project materials for continuity and accuracy, ensuring final spots reflect approved creative direction.
Maintains production records and workflow visibility by entering and updating production information within workflow management systems (e.g., Jira) to support scheduling, tracking, and communication across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in television, streaming, studio, production company, or agency environments supporting promotional or broadcast post-production workflows.
Bachelor's Degree required; major in Television, Film, Media Production, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating post-production personnel and scheduling post-production facilities or resources.
Strong technical knowledge of post-production processes including nonlinear editing, audio pre-lay and mixing techniques, animated graphics integration, and media file formats used in broadcast delivery.
Working knowledge of file-based and cloud-based post-production workflows.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage deliverables tied to broadcast air schedules.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and operational teams.
Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, database systems, and general productivity tools.
Experience working with production application systems such as Jira, Airtable, Avid, Adobe, Protools, etc. or similar tools is a plus.
