Job description

Job Overview:
Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Quality Coordinator.

In this role, the selected will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, competency training and Gage calibration records.


Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with Quality and Manufacturing Engineers to develop Quality standards using visual aids and work instructions
  • Organize and Train operations members on the Quality standards in a classroom environment to help reduce Internal Defects using work instructions and standards
  • Maintain training records for new members as well as on-going training
  • Maintain all Quality standards in the Master Document record
  • Maintain Calibration program to make sure that only calibrated gages and equipment are used consistently all the time and records are accurate
  • Organize Gage repair activities & coordinate with production for timely availability in production
  • Develop/Distribute communications on Quality Bulletins & Quality Alerts across all manufacturing locations


Required/Preferred Skills:

  • Associate degree in Quality or applicable manufacturing/technical/quality experience
  • Experience in quality control and/or quality assurance role
  • Experience working in ISO 9001 Quality Management system environment preferred
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools is a plus
  • Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding, Paint and Electrical/Mechanical Assembly processes is a plus.
  • Bilingual language skills a plus
