Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for both customers and employees.
  • Develop and execute effective cleaning plans, addressing absenteeism and other challenges.
  • Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, cleaning plans, time & attendance records, and labor budgets.
  • Monitor and control inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials.
  • Ensure financial performance by achieving P&L goals for each account.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and customer standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Support fellow Operations Managers during building start-ups, recruiting, and resource sharing.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
  • Proven success managing a full-time and part-time hourly workforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations across multiple locations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
