Description:Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Manufacturing Associate to join our trailer manufacturing team. This position is responsible for hanging and securing goosenecks, dump trailers, and car haulers onto an overhead assembly line system and operating an overhead crane to properly position units for processing through a shot blast machine. This role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hang goosenecks, dump trailers, and car haulers onto the overhead assembly line system
  • Operate an overhead crane to lift, maneuver, and position trailers safely
  • Ensure trailers are properly secured, balanced, and aligned before entering the shot blast machine
  • Monitor units as they move through the blast process
  • Perform visual inspections before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow all company safety procedures when working with heavy equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate with team members to maintain smooth production flow
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • Overhead crane experience preferred (certification a plus; training may be provided)
  • Ability to safely handle large, heavy trailer units
