Job description

We are looking for energetic, outdoor-loving individuals to join our mountain operations team. This role is a mix of technical operation, safety enforcement, and guest service. You are the face of the park, ensuring riders get up the mountain safely and have the best possible experience coming down.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate chairlifts for mountain bikers at Farside Bike Park.
  • Assist riders with loading and unloading bikes on racks.
  • Monitor trail entrances to ensure riders have valid passes.
  • Perform regular trail sweeps to check for hazards or debris.
  • Educate guests on the Mountain Biker's Responsibility Code.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at lift stations and trailheads.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (heavy downhill bikes).
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
