Job Title: Donation Door LeadLocation: 10175 South Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, FL 33950Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Donation Door Lead to oversee daily operations at the donation door and support the smooth intake and processing of donated goods. This lead‑level role is critical in guiding donation attendants, operating material‑handling equipment, and ensuring donations move efficiently through the Kaizen system.
