Job description

Our client is a full-service engineering firm.
-Plan, design and deliver transportation and roadway projects throughout the state of Maryland
-Prepare and assist in managing traffic control device design plans including signals, signing, pavement markings, roadway lighting and ITS
-Assist with project coordination, permitting and agency review
-Conduct field work as needed for traffic data collection, site investigations etc
-Utilize MicroStation for design
-Work closely with MDOT SHA standards and other agencies and local jurisdictions
Required Skills & Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
-EIT is strongly preferred with ability to obtain a PE
-Experience with MicroStation
-Strong experience with MDOT SHA standards
-Experience with MS Office Suite
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Experience with local jurisdiction regulations, PG and Montgomery counties are a big plus
-Understanding of MUTCD
