Job Summary: The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Control Manager to oversee and manage Traffic Control projects from start to finish. The Traffic Control Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the Traffic Control process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Traffic Control management.


Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and manage Traffic Control projects from conception to completion

-Must be able to price out Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT) job

-Know how to operate an attenuator

-Rules of highway and local street closures

-Must be able to Identify and train workers on how to perform MPT services - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to plans and specifications - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and address any issues or concerns - Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during projects - Ensure compliance with all Traffic Control processes - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in traffic management or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience as a Traffic Control Manager or similar role

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
