  • Compensation: $31.00/Hr.

  • Sign On Bonus- $5,000

  • Schedule is flexible : Sun-Th, M-F, Tu-Sa

  • A consistent 50-hour work week on average
  • Coverage Area: Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas

Airgas is looking for a CDL B Microbulk Driver; ideally, you bring X endorsements to support our National Carbonation Division. In this role, you will contribute to roughly 15 - 20 deliveries of CO2 products and related supplies to established customers along assigned routes while supporting each unit to advance our goal of operating excellently and sustainably.

  • Support the transfer of product from the Airgas truck to the customer tank through hose hook up.

  • Support the safety of our fleet by reviewing vehicles before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklists.

  • Support the loading of Microbulk tanks and filling customer-owned Microbulk tanks as assigned.

  • Partner with field service technicians with CO2 tank installations & repair work to support our shared goals.

  • Collaborate to maintain DOT, SAFECOR, and Airgas vehicle documents, helping our team stay accurate and compliant.

  • Nurture the safe working order of the route truck and ensure that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis.

  • Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker & Airbrake endorsements
  • Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements
  • No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years
  • No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
  • Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
  • Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving
  • CO2 or any specialty gas experience is a plus but not required
