Familiarity with trading platforms, low-latency systems, and relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM can be valuable. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for this role. These skills ensure the creation of reliable, high-performance trading applications that meet the fast-paced demands of financial markets.
