Hadco Metal Trading, a long-stable and globally recognized distributor of semi-finished metals and plastics, is looking to hire experienced Industrial Machine Operators for their metal cutting operations in their Claremore facility.
The Metal Saw Operators will work a 2nd from 4pm-1am Sunday-Saturday.

Position Summary:
As a Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for cutting aluminum, stainless steel, engineering grade plastic, and other alloys to meet customer specifications.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual and/or CNC saws and machinery to accurately cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
  • Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
  • Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.
  • Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout the cutting processes.
  • Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.
  • Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Solid math skills, including measuring with fractions and decimals
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Familiar with ERP or similar production operations, inventory, or warehouse management systems
  • Minimum 18 years of age
