Job description

Q'Straint is the World Leader in Mobility Passenger Securement Systems. We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator I.
The Machine Operator I operates assigned machines according to equipment and/or production leader instructions to meet production requirements.
DELIVERABLES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate assigned production machinery to produce products in an efficient and timely manner
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and job safety requirements
  • Final visual and functional inspection of product, as required per instructions
  • Identify and isolate any non-conforming product
  • Complete and maintain required production reports
  • Assist with ensuring the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment and entire plant
  • Involved in cycle/physical counts, as required
  • Perform other duties as may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School or equivalent (i.e. GED), or related experience and/or training
  • Trade Education –2-3 years of machine experience (preferred)
  • Required to read and write English and follow verbal amp; written instructions
  • Ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment
  • High degree of accuracy and precision in performing work according to instructions and specifications.
