Our trading teams are each comprised of a dynamic group of traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers who work together to examine the global markets, seeking to understand the complexities of various traded products and exchanges. The Global Centralized Trading Desk (OTS) sits at the intersection of quant strategy, providing oversight, market intelligence, and analytical firepower. We are seeking a Trader that is passionate about the markets and comfortable with a 4 day schedule which includes 1 weekend day.
What You'll Do:
  • Control and monitor the performance and execution of trading strategies along with adjusting risk parameters.
  • Tackle operational challenges to ensure our automated trading strategies continue to operate at peak performance.
  • Work with and closely mentored by seasoned traders (both locally and globally) with years of trading experience with an opportunity to influence the underlying alpha and strategies directly.
  • Provide thorough feedback on strategy performance, market conditions and other impactful trading observations to the team.
  • Hands on - front line trading global markets through changing economic conditions and market events.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills you'll need:
  • A passion for trading and the financial markets with at least two years' experience
  • Proven success working with automated trading systems at an electronic trading firm strongly desired
  • Strong Python skills. C++ or similar languages are a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Self-starting personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable and predictable availability
