Warehouse Associate & Trade Show Installer (Temporary – Travel Required)

About Us

The Exhibit Builders is a leading trade show exhibit company specializing in the fabrication, preparation, installation, and dismantling of custom and modular exhibits across the United States.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate & Trade Show Installer to join our team on a temporary/seasonal basis.

This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities with travel to trade shows throughout the United States. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, is detail-oriented, works well in a team environment, and is willing to travel when needed.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and organize exhibit materials and equipment.
  • Prepare exhibit displays for upcoming trade shows.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Apply graphics, install hardware, and perform quality inspections.
  • Assemble and dismantle exhibit displays at our warehouse and at trade show venues.
  • Organize, label, and store exhibit components.
  • Inspect exhibit materials and report any damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Use basic hand and power tools.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and installation teams to meet deadlines.
  • Perform other warehouse and installation duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel throughout the United States to assist with trade show installations and dismantles.

Candidates must be willing and able to:

  • Travel by airplane for trade show projects.
  • Stay out of town for several days when required.
  • Work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime during installations and dismantles.
  • Adapt to changing schedules based on project needs.

Availability to travel is REQUIRED.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Orlando warehouse.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic carpentry experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience using hand and power tools, including:
    • Drills
    • Impact drivers
    • Screwdrivers
    • Wrenches
    • Saws
  • Experience assembling displays, cabinetry, furniture, or exhibit systems is a plus.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Valid U.S. Passport is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
