The Tradeshow Event Coordinator supports the execution of lower-complexity tradeshows and logistics workstreams , while building foundational experience across the tradeshow portfolio. This role enables scalability, consistency, and execution excellence while providing a clear entry point into the tradeshow career path.
If you are located within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA or surrounding locations, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges .
Primary Responsibilities :
  • Support planning and execution for lower-complexity events and assigned workstreams
  • Coordinate logistics including shipping, vendor deliverables, timelines, and onsite needs
  • Assist with budget tracking, documentation, and post-event wrap-up
  • Support event registration tools, asset tracking, and reporting
  • Partner with GL27 and GL28 roles on larger events as needed
  • Ensure adherence to ECoE processes, templates, and standards
  • Build foundational expertise in tradeshow operations and execution

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or leading third-party industry conferences and tradeshows
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including timeline development, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination (Workfront experience preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with event budget tracking and financial management for events, including reconciliation and cost control
  • Proficiency with event technology platforms including Cvent, Jifflenow, Captello, Salesforce, and Marketo, with an understanding of lead capture and reporting integration
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with leading capture processes, post-event reporting, and performance measurement to support ROI tracking
  • Healthcare industry experience, with familiarity across payer, provider, or health services environments
  • Experience working in high-visibility, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of event governance, brand standards, and operational best practices
  • Ability to support or deliver onsite execution, including troubleshooting and stakeholder management in a live environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will rangefrom $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
