Job description

Job Description
Looking for a skilled flooring installer with general trade experience preferred.  

  • Assess and prepare areas to ensure optimal conditions for new flooring installations.
  • Install and maintain various types of flooring materials (e.g., vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete coatings, hardwood, specialty athletic surfaces) in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Finish and detail flooring installations to achieve professional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results.
  • Address repairs, maintenance, and refinishing needs of existing flooring systems as required.

  • Demonstrate expertise in modern flooring techniques and materials.

UTAH STATE RETIREMENT
Benefit eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option, which is a combination of a pension with a 401k plan, or the 401k option if you choose. Both plans are employer-paid. You can also choose to enhance your retirement with URS by contributing additional money from your paychecks into a 401k, 457, Traditional IRA, or Roth IRA.
