You'll specialize in sourcing and placing pipefitters, electricians, millwrights and other skilled trades professionals within the manufacturing and construction industries. Key Responsibilities: Source & Attract Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to recruit licensed trades professionals. Screen & Interview: Assess candidates' skills, certifications, and experience to ensure a strong match.

Write Engaging Job Descriptions: Craft optimized job postings tailored to skilled trades roles. Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding. Industry Insights: Stay informed on market trends, certifications, and salary benchmarks.
