Andy Mohr Automotive Group is one of the largest volume car dealership groups in the state of Indiana. Mohr's goal is to Sell and Service in volume. With aggressive advertising campaigns that are value-oriented, car customers are very familiar with the Andy Mohr brand. Andy Mohr dealerships are stocked with large inventories that are priced very competitively. The Andy Mohr Automotive group employs more than 1100 employees throughout central Indiana and the employees are value-oriented. They are honest and straightforward and get customers in and out efficiently.


Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented, motivated, and customer service minded Office/Billing Clerk in our Accounting Department. The Billing Clerk processes billing of all new and used vehicle deals, verifying all policies, money down, trade information and necessary paperwork. Routes vehicle transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation through the accounting office.


Essential Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Submit and cancel all-over-the counter, submit aftermarket/extended warranty products
  • Process extended warranty cancellations.
  • Maintain and reconcile schedules
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
  • Complete specific tasks assigned by manager
  • Assist in processing car deals
  • Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
  • Reviewing deal paperwork for compliance
  • Coordinates changes to recaps with FI
  • Bill out dealer trades
  • Bill out wholesale
  • Other special projects or duties requested by Controller, General Manager, or Officers of the Company
