As a Maintenance Mechanic - Painter, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant so that exceptional patient care can happen without interruption.

As a Maintenance Mechanic - Painter, a typical day might include the following:
  • Performing scheduled preparation to clean, scrape, sand and repair walls including ceilings and exteriors
  • Conducting preventative maintenance activities to ensure building systems remain safe and operational.
  • Setting up and using ladders, scaffolding, lifts and maintaining tools and spray equipment
  • Discussing project needs, color choices, and deadlien expecations
  • Supporting life safety initiatives, including fire boundary inspections and preventative maintenance of firefighting equipment.
  • Utilizing work request systems to document tasks, maintain records, and track completed work.
  • Calculating material quantities and time needed for jobs
  • Contributing to a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and team members.
