What You'll Do:

  • Lead engaging training sessionsfor new and experienced financial professionals and staff, gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness.

  • Organize, plan, and develop training modulesand materials to support software and program education.

  • Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting trade issues and guiding users in mastering the WealthPort trading system.

  • Respond to requestsfor custom reporting, system enhancements, and insights from management, associates, and financial professionals.

  • Present live trainings, both onsite and virtually, to help financial professionals unlock the full potential of our trading platform.
