We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our North Las Vegas operations team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork—and enjoys seeing their work come to life on the show floor.

What You'll Do
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, shipping, and logistics coordination
  • Operate forklifts daily to move, organize, and prepare event materials and client assets
  • Pull and stage components for trade show booths, custom exhibits, and hybrid builds
  • Read and interpret CAD drawings and pull lists to ensure project accuracy
  • Maintain show-ready condition of all event assets and materials
  • Conduct inventory checks and track materials using inventory management systems
  • Identify damaged or missing assets and communicate refurbishment or repair needs
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and client-tour ready
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and deadlines
What You Bring
  • 6–12 months of warehouse, logistics, production, or operational experience (or equivalent training)
  • Forklift experience and comfort working in an active warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pull lists accurately
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong accountability
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
