Position Description
Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified part-time instructors to teach Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance, and Electrical courses at the college's main campus in Springfield and at our Jacksonville and Litchfield locations for class times listed below.
Springfield Campus
  • Monday - Thursday mornings, 8:00 AM - 12:50 PM
  • Monday - Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM - 9:50 PM

Litchfield Campus
  • Monday - Friday mornings, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Monday - Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM - 9:50 PM

Jacksonville Campus
  • Monday - Friday afternoons, 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
  • Monday - Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM - 9:50 PM

As an Adjunct Faculty member at LLCC, you will receive one paid absence per class, per semester; free access to the LLCC Fitness Center (during available hours); a travel stipend if commuting more than twenty miles to campus; and a tuition waiver benefit for adjunct faculty and their dependents under the age of 22. Position Requirements
Applicants must have 2,000 hours of employment in a field within manufacturing/industry technology, including production, machine operation, electrical systems, maintenance, or repair. Preferred qualifications include industry certification, credential, degree, or completed apprenticeship. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
