We're looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice Installer to join our team at Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric. If you're dependable, eager to learn a skilled trade, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you. No HVAC experience is required—we provide hands-on training alongside experienced installers.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Load and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and local building codes.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
  • Work as part of a professional installation team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
