United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company, providing a comprehensive range of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. Our expertise spans landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. We proudly serve diverse properties, from single-family home developments to condominium complexes, commercial properties, and large-scale communities.
The Tractor Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating tractors and various attachments to support landscape maintenance, installation, and property improvement projects. This position requires attention to safety, equipment care, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate tractors and various attachments, including mowers, trailers, and other equipment as needed.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and identify any issues that may affect safe operation.
  • Check fluid levels, grease equipment, and perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Perform basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
  • Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report equipment damage, safety hazards, or mechanical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, equipment hours, and routine maintenance.
  • Keep equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Assist with other landscape maintenance and operational duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
