Job description

Description:

Wash Tech to Success: Becoming an MOD Trainee — Earn up to or over $20 - $25 per hour with commission within 30 days*

Learn to Lead. Own a Standard. Grow Fast.

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is hiring MOD Trainees across our Kentucky and Tennessee locations. We are rapidly expanding and looking for key players to assist us with implanting our unique car wash and customer service strategy.

This opportunity is truly one of a kind!

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with the character and drive to run an operation — whether they’ve ever done it before or not. You will be mentored by leadership team and the CEO who has scaled this company through hard work and sheer determination to succeed and serve our communities with something truly worth our energy.

No car wash or leadership experience? No problem. This is where you get the experience. Our structured 30-day program certifies you on everything you need — point-of-sale and wash control systems, opening and closing procedures, membership sales, customer service and communication protocols that are the best, and our full Manager on Duty standard — before you own the shift.

What You’ll Own

• learn to Lead and coach your team every shift (we are always in coaching mode; we train every day)

• Execute SOPs at the highest standards (our standards are compared to some of the best companies in the world!

• Develop task mastery and learn project management skills (you will learn how to engage and Evie accusations and learn serious life skills along the way)

• Run full opening and closing procedures independently (after training you will have the comfort and support to be an effective operator no matter where you go from here)

• Operate point-of-sale and wash control systems (we only use the best-in-class equipment and spare no expense in providing world-class service to our real and customers)

• Learn how to maintain equipment and site technology (we will teach you RFID and license plate tech)

• Drive membership sales and conversions (learn how to convert and serve your customers)

• Hold every vehicle and service to Cheetah Clean’s quality standard

• Complete EOD paperwork and nightly cash reconciliation

• Complete preventative maintenance checklists

• Enforce safety protocols and site standards

What’s In It For You

• Up to or over $20 -$25/hr, plus commission on membership sales

• Work directly with our CEO and Founder and leadership team along with site management

• Health insurance — 80/20 coverage

• 401(k) with company match

• Paid tuition reimbursement

• Free car washes

• Clear path to General Manager

Join the Cheetah Clean Team

At Cheetah Clean, we build leaders from within. We’re a high performance championship team. We hold the highest standards in the industry, we develop our people relentlessly, and we win together. If you’ve got the character, the GRIT, the maturity, and the drive to lead from the front, we’ll give you the experience.

Apply today.

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Requirements:

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong character and maturity — you do the right thing when no one’s watching

• Great communication skills — clear, direct, and respectful with your team and guests

• A natural leader — you step in, you don’t step back

• Coachable and eager to grow, you want to be developed, not just employed

• Comfortable holding a team accountable

• Calm under pressure — you prioritize, delegate, and keep moving

• Flexible schedule — but you must be available for a full day (or two) across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Weekends are our busiest shifts, and that’s when leaders lead.

• Ability to show professionalism and develop your executive presence
