Specialty Manager – Northern Nevada
Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental network with 45+ locations and continued statewide growth. We are seeking a strong, results-driven leader to oversee operations for our Specialty Clinics across Northern Nevada, including Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics.
This is a regional leadership role responsible for multi-location oversight, provider support, production performance, and operational excellence. If you are a proactive operator who thrives on metrics, team leadership, and strategic growth, this is your opportunity.

• Base Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
• Monthly Mileage Reimbursement: $321

What You Will Do
• Provide direct leadership for Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics teams
• Oversee multi-site specialty clinic operations
• Drive production, KPI performance, and scheduling optimization
• Manage and optimize specialty provider schedules across locations
• Partner with specialty providers to support workflow efficiency and clinic performance
• Collaborate with General Practice Managers to strengthen referral integration
• Track performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of specialty team members
• Participate in leadership planning and strategic growth initiatives

What You Bring
• 3+ years of healthcare or dental management experience preferred
• Experience managing teams and performance metrics
• Strong operational planning and scheduling skills
• Ability to lead across multiple locations
• Strong communication and provider relationship skills
• Self-driven with high accountability
• Ability to travel between Northern Nevada clinics
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Specialty dental experience is preferred but not required.
