What is track and field coaching?

Track and field coaching involves training and guiding athletes in events such as sprints, distance running, jumping, and throwing. They also oversee practice sessions, analyze performances, and prepare athletes for competitions. A track and field coach plays a crucial role in both the physical and mental development of their athletes.
