CORTADORES DE CARNE APRENDIZAJE DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO Deberes: -Corte de carne y merchandising con el corte adecuado -Responsable de la operación y el mantenimiento seguros de los equipos de corte de carne, incluidas las sierras de cinta. -Seguir los procedimientos adecuados de seguridad y saneamiento. -Adquirir las habilidades y la experiencia necesarias para eventualmente convertirse en cortador de carne. -Ayuda en la descarga de camiones. -Ayudar a mantener recuentos de inventario precisos y rotar correctamente las existencias. -Envoltura de carne y vitrinas de trabajo según sea necesario. -Apoyar en el check in de camiones. -Otras funciones que le asigne el Gerente de Carnes en Turno. HABILIDADES: Capacidad para cortar y recortar la carne según las especificaciones utilizando las pautas de la empresa. Habilidad para seguir instrucciones. Competencia básica en matemáticas (contar, sumar, restar). EXIGENCIAS FÍSICAS DEL PUESTO : Capacidad para estar de manera segura cerca o alrededor del equipo de corte y picado de carne en el Departamento mientras está en funcionamiento. Capaz de levantar hasta 100 libras con control. También forman parte de esta posición estar de pie, caminar, estirarse, estirarse por encima de la cabeza, torcerse, doblarse/agacharse y los movimientos repetitivos de brazos y manos.
