We are hiring experienced CABINET FINISHER / PICK-UP / TOUCH-UP Representatives.

Requirements:

1. Reliable transportation to one or multiple Southern California job sites per day (new home and apartment construction).
2. Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
3. Speak, read, and write in English as it relates to the job, or be able to effectively use a translation application to communicate with job site superintendents or homeowners.
4. Daily communication with foreperson and teammates regarding job completion/status.
5. Professional representation of self and Company.

CABINET Finish/Pick-Up/Touch-Up Knowledge & Skills:

1. Adjust doors and drawers to proper tolerances.
2. Ensure reveals on all doors/ drawers are equal, level, and flush.
3. Apply bumpers accordingly.
4. Prepare cabinetry for final walk through, remove stickers, plastic, and clean.
5. Touch-up.
6. Repair work and installation of loose parts.
7. Drill for hardware
8. Read blueprints and/or drawings.
9. Troubleshoot/problem solving skills.
10. Disassemble and reassemble cabinet components.
11. Cut-up for mechanicals.
12. Cabinet installation and options knowledge.

Wages: depend on experience.

Physical Requirements: drive to job sites; lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds while walking or climbing stairs; operate saw, hand, and pneumatic tools.

Working Environment: Work is performed in a homeowner remodel or construction job site; the temperature and humidity will typically mirror the outdoor weather.
